We utilize only the most modern and current materials at Crestwood Dental Group. All fillings performed are done with composite (white) filling material. They are able to blend into your existing tooth structure unlike older and outdated silver fillings.
Composite (white) filling material can also be used to cover or fill in worn areas on teeth. We utilize our laser to conservatively prepare the tooth surface and then apply the filling material. This ensures the strongest bond possible.
Veneers are a porcelain or composite restoration that’s used to cover the front of a tooth. In most cases, they are for cosmetic purposes, but sometimes they are used to conserve tooth structure in a patient with a certain type of bite. In most cases veneers are not covered by insurance plans either. So other options such as crowns may be utilized.
Crowns are used to cover and protect a tooth. The can be made of a variety of materials from metal to porcelain. We utilize the strongest and most esthetic restoration possible in each case we perform at Crestwood Dental Group.
In addition, we use a digital scanner to take the impression of the material instead of a goopy impression material. It lead to more patient satisfaction and a better fitting restoration.
Bridges are essentially crowns made together to fill in missing teeth or spaces in the mouth. The treatment is a similar process as crowns. They can be attached to both teeth and implants too.
Root Canal Therapy
Root canal therapy is used to heal a tooth that has become infected or stop pain and severe sensitivity in a tooth. It involves removing the nerve in the tooth and sealing it with a material to keep infection from returning.
At Crestwood Dental Group, we utilize lasers as an extra step to kill more bacteria in the tooth. Laser energy can travel 10 times deeper than any other means to clean out the root of a tooth.
Dentures and Partials
They are used to replace missing teeth from just a few to an entire top or bottom arch. Depending on the patient getting used to them can vary. Keeping your natural teeth is always the best option when possible. They can be held in place with the aid of implants too. This creates a much more desirable treatment outcome and patient satisfaction.
All on 4
This is commonly know as the “teeth in a day” procedure. We work in conjunction with the oral surgeon to provide an implant retained arch replacement in just one surgery.
