SMS Terms of Service - Crestwood Dental Group Appointment Messaging Program
Program description: Crestwood Dental Group sends SMS text messages to patients who opt in, including appointment reminders, confirmations, rescheduling notifications, recall/cleaning reminders, and related patient communications.
How to opt in: End users opt in when they schedule an appointment with Crestwood Dental Group of St. Louis in person, by phone, through our online booking form, or through our third-party scheduling provider by providing their phone number and agreeing to receive SMS appointment reminders and updates. Patients can also opt in by texting START to our practice number. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
